• it can be applied over plasters decored with mineral paints, provided that
surfaces are absorbent and wash-resistant
• graffiti can be easily removed by using hot water under pressure
• it does not affect the natural water vapour permeability of the substrate
• it does not influence the tone and the aesthetic appearance of the surfaces
